Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 power and firmware update big problem

We have bought 2 of the mentioned keyboards.

None of them worked properly out of the box.

Without a USB C Port with enough power you must buy a capable USB C charger for power.

I dont understand why NI is not giving a USB C charger , because the old S61 has a power supply in the box.

With Win 10 on different PCs we won´t be able to update the firmware.

With a win 11 Laptop we are able to flash new firmware and then the keyboard is recognized in win 10 .

I don´t understand why quality assurance is so bad at NI ???

I have read all the articles before!

With the old firmware 0.2x you can´t get connetion with Win 10 and the mk3 keyboard.

So you can´t update the units firmware!
