No sound in komplete kontrol

(excuse my english) i just want to tell that i bought komplete 14 ultimate and it scrap my life as a composer,,,,when i try to check for a sound in komplete control most of a time i can't hear the sound . there's no sound and i lost my insperation and when i hear a sound it took me about 3 or 5 min to load this sound ..it's too long. i can't work like this....is there something to do to have a refund

i'm sorry but it' was the worst buy i've done,,,i'm 68 years hold and when i have n insparition it have to be fast to heard a sound that i want to put in my song ,,,konkat 7 and kontak control is to slow for me to load

Turn the volume up in Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt?

@barnak More information on your setup would be helpful. What's your operating system? What are your audio settings? What DAW are you using?
