Sound dropout session percussionist

I’ve had this problem in another instrument before, but can’t remember which one. What happens is the keys that play each percussion section in rhythms or the whole percussion section bottom octave keys, work fine. HOWEVER on certain instruments, using the keys, that trigger individual instrument sounds make a clicking sound and an immediate total sound drop out of the whole instrument and computer,. There’s then a clicking sound maybe 10 seconds or so later and all sound returns except of course the individual instruments which cause a repeat of this process….it renders the session percussionist instrument, useless, except for the keys that play the whole kit at once. I’m going to try later when home using machine as an audio interface instead of the other and NI audio 6 mk2. And even using the MacBook Pro audio interface just to eliminate the possibility of it being to do with that.

rebooting maschine also fixes it temporarily.

need to test if this problem occurs in komplete Kontrol standalone then in logic pro

Will update this when I have done all the tests

just disappointed I can’t get session percussionist to work in maschine

have 30 or so other instruments and no major problems. No problems with any of my expansions either.

Try to refresh the instrument or to reinstall it, but be sure to screenshot the libraries you made before reinstalling.
