I used a hub as indicated after my computer failed to update by connecting directly to my pc. But by using a hub I am told that the usb power supply is not powerful enough! I can't do anything and it's unbearable for such an expensive price.

Are you using a powered hub? If not you can power the keyboard from a standard phone type charger into the second USB-C connector on the back, the one labelled "Power Only"
