Kontakt 7.7.1/7.7.2 allows you make it all go away. No need to fret.

I'd sooner not have them there at all then you have a better idea if they're phoning home or not.. that said I dont think they should even be in the free version either - I mean if people are trying stuff out, the last thing they want to be doing is fighting amongst damn ads.

If people want to see your stuff NI there's your website. Theres nothing as reprehensible as having ads shoved down your throat.

You can permanently hide the "New instruments for you" panel in Options (bottom of the first page). According to NI if the panel isn't visible no data is sent back. If the panel is visible it sends only details of what you searched for along with what software you have installed in Native Access so it can suggest new products that you don't have installed.

I can’t seem to find the setting in Options to hide the „New instruments for you" panel. It’s simply not there. Latest Kontakt version, latest macOS on a M1 Mac. Anyone else?

What version are you running? If you don't see the option in @Kymeia's screenshot check you're on at least 7.7.1

Since your "it's whole ecosystem" is falling apart (no maschine support, device discontinued, no more link between maschine and komplete) it's easier and easier replacing parts of it.

I really love the keystep, as chords and arpeggiator can be recorded into daw.

It makes simple things but makes them good.

Their plugins are a nobrainer and some are very understated (bus force for example)
