Guitar Rig 7 MFX not working

Hey. Long story short, I updated MacOS to Sonoma and surprise surprise, Guitar Rig 7 didn't work.

Decided to go back and now I have Ventura 13.6.1 and the plugin Guitar Rig 7 FX works, but Guitar Rig 7 MFX doesn't load in Logic (eventhough the plugin appears on the list in plugin manager and is succefully validated).

This is on it looks like inside Logic and the message I receive before opening. Does it mean I have to downgrade the system even further?

Yeah seems to be some problems with MFX in Logic 10.8

Good news!

Apple released the Logic 10.8.1 update yesterday which fixes the bug that you can't load MFX as Audio FX. So now all your projects with Guitar Rig should load fine again.

Wow there are a lot of threads on this! It’s not fixed though, no idea why Apple seem to think it is

Sorry for the confusion, it seems like they only addressed the issue partially.

You should now be able in 10.8.1 to load a project with a Guitar Rig MFX in an Audio FX slot that was saved with a Logic version earlier than 10.8.
