Komplete Kontrol Not updating 3.0.2

I've tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling, but it will not update. I have all the latest updates for Windows 10. Do I have to have Windows 11 for it to work?

I use Windows 10 and I have no issues with neither Native Access nor with Komplete Kontrol. Try using the N.I. reg tool to remove the Komplete Kontrol app (Not the Komplete Kontrol Drivers) if it is there. And delete the directory C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Komplete Kontrol

And then re-boot computer and try re-install again.

If that doesn't work then try running Native Access as an Admin and make sure that you have full access privileges to install destination , also try looking at AV settings / or tun of AV temporarily to make sure that the AV is not blocking the installation.. Remember to turn on AV again immediately following the installation attempt !

@PoorFellow thanks for the advice. I had saved most of the sounds to my D drive on my PC, but I couldn't put the application (Komplete Kontrol) on the D Drive. Seems like they can only go on the C Drive.

Yes , the applications are installed on Windows system drive drive C: together with the Plug-ins all to their standard destinations. But there ought not be any problems installing all the sound content to another drive as long as it is not a network drive ! Some people may have got it to work with some content on a network drive but N.I. advice against it !
