    Quote : "Followed all of the advice on here" is a very broad statement , but it is also the kind of statement that suggests that people should not try to add anything here (since you have already tried it all)

    N.I. forum person and MAC expert Jeremy_NI also is on leave until November 6th so he can not be called on either.

    All in all then if you are sure that your OS (which you do not supply information about either !) is supported , then the only advice there can be given to you is to contact support and have them help you sort it out.
