I went to purchase GR7 from NI's website and the purchase options are completely broken if you use Firefox.

I can't use the live support option either, because that option is broken in Firefox too.

I'll buy it from a third party instead. I just wanted to mention it, incase NI didn't know.

Hello,

have you tried to clear the cache or what it´s called? That often helps with issues like that.

No pop-up blocker or other plug-ins running in Firefox that might scan your activity in Firefox? Grtz, Wouter

Nice that the specific browser is reported. But why not try some alternative browsers also ?

(accepting all cookies and no plugins in alternative browser) (browser suggestions , e.g. : Vivaldi browser , Opera browser)

Otherwise , then when N.I. have sales then judging from the past then it appears as if it happens from time to time that there are problems with purchasing one way or the other on the Native Instruments site. So another good tip is that if an alternative browser in the manner as suggested above doesn't work then try later or another day !
