VST in Reaper

Morning

Can anybody help with this, I had to re format my laptop after a repair. Guitar rig worked fine before, when I reinstalled it I know get this happen(see attachment). It can't be moved, scaled or work. I'm only a novice so probably missing the obvious , but any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

    have you tried to double click on the name of the battery instance or right click on the name and set something with float.
