i can´t download Carousel and Vivace Legacy form native acces

Hello! how´s everybody?

I got some serial number from "Carousel" and "Vivace Legacy" libraries, it was through the official Sonokinetic website, but in Native Acces i don´t see the option to download, only locate. Does anyone know how to fic the problem? Itried to search for them on the disk, but since i haven´t downloaded the libraries, of course they don´t appear.

    You need to download the libraries from Sonokinetic and install them first. Once you've done that add the serial number and use Native Access to locate the library you previously installed. Details here - Installation : Sonokinetic Support Portal
