Why have split points if...

For stand alone, I would love to be able to have more than one VST instrument loaded considering there are... 16 split points assignable? Is this just not possible with MKII, III?

I used to own both Kore models where this type of VST hosting was introduced by Native Instruments. Both allowed this feature.

    This isn't possible in the KK standalone application.

    It's the same workflow as a single plug-in - a single instance at a time.

    We're trying to avoid building it into an application that has tracks, because then at that point... just use the DAW.

    Ok, I just saw the potential and like experimenting in stand alone, thanks.

    Speaking of DAWs, how much has this application been tested with Bandlab Cakewalk Sonar? Komplete Kontrol seems to be a lock on to the most recently added channel/track.

    Sonar is not one of the officially compatible hosts - so perhaps there are some issues we're unaware of.
