How to sync Empire Breaks patterns tempo to Reaper session tempo?

I have several NI drums play series and I've never been able to audition the preset patterns and have them sync to the Reaper session tempo. I end up just having to drag the midi files over one at a time. They lock once they're dragged over but it would be nice to be able to audition them on the fly. Thank you. Gordon

@GDaddy1 The previews are recorded samples so they don't match the tempo and these can't be synced.

i do not own "empire breaks"

but as i understand it.... if you are using Reaper with either Kontakt, maschine, komplete etc as plugins it should be already synced

if the down beat is out of alignment...by a quater beat or half beat...what you can do if using "maschine" for example... and the midi pattern can be seen inside pattern mode

you can adjust the step size...then adjust the start of the midi pattern loop and endpoint.... either by holding the shift and dragging along the top bar in maschine pattern

not entirely sure how this is carried out in Kontakt or komplete

Thank you for your response. i use Kontakt 7. The midi patterns drag over fine but to audition the patterns they sync to DAW tempo.
