Baby's in the Corner - LFO rate missing

After loading the sound the LFO rate is missing, see attachment. If I turn the knob it gets visible. I assume that the original value is 13.5 based on clicking the knob in my DAW. Can anyone confirm this value?

Also, am I the only one having this issue?

I am also seeing this, however LostinFoundation is correct the knobs are touch sensitive and show the value when touched, mine shows a value of 13.2.

Isn’t it appearing by just touching the knob without turning it?

I don't have that kind of buttons. It's an MK2.
