    Hi everyone !

Has someone solved that problem (I encountered the same today on a brand new S88 MK3... I'm stuck after 1 day of trials... I have opened a support ticket since no online solutions are working (despite full disk access)...

"NI Suppor"t is however informing that macOS Big Sur is fully supported with the latest versions of all current products, on their WEB site (?)

    Thanks for any update

Hi Guys, just bought mine kontrol S49N, using a Mac Mini and operating system is Ventura. I have done all that I can do and having the same issues. I wrote to someone in the UK but have not heard from them yet, how to resolve this issue. It is very frustrating, when you have many projects to do and this happens. They need to have proper customer service at hand, for the price of this technology and service..

Hi Similar issue. I am running Sonoma 14.4. I have installed the Hardware connection service but cannot see it anywhere. The keyboard works as a midi controller when working within the computer but the onboard screen is only showing "Get the latest update and only the octave buttons work. If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful. D

You may be experiencing a USB-C issue instead.

Try plugging in via a USB-C hub instead of direct into your machine.

Also please note that the keyboard itself is not yet officially supported on Sonoma.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am plugged into a USB-C but still no joy. As it is not yet supported on Sonoma does this mean I will have to wait till it is before running my keyboard? D
