    I got it working!

    Here what I did, and the info i have…

    According to native instruments, PC's built around 2020-2023 have a flawed USB-C connections and can't be fixed by updating the BIOS or drivers.

    I bought an USB-C to USB-A cable and plugged it first on a USB 3.1, didn't work but it did fine on a standard usb port on my mobo. Also bought a smartphone charger and plugged it to the device power connection.

    It works now, also remember the usb-c connections have a tricky way of connecting right, you have to apply quite some pressure until they pop in place.

    Hope this helps to anyone having the issue…
