Why is my new Keystation 49 MK3 not working with Kontakt 5 when my Yamaha worked well with it?

Although the other Native Instruments software works fine with it, there is no sound when I try to use it with Kontakt 5! It works perfectly with my Yamaha keyboard, but it doesn’t work with the M-Audio keyboard! What might be the problem? Thank you in advance, David!

Hey David,

Your keyboard is probably set to another MIDI channel. Try to set the M-Audio keyboard to MIDI channel 1. Does that fix it ?
