    Try to open same patch but inside Komplete Kontrol (instead of directly in Kontakt), where you have a midi learn functionality.

    If the parameter is there, you can assign midi to it

    Ususally if you can't drag & drop the MIDI CC, then this parameter is not assignable. Out of curiosity, what instrument / preset is this from @bufordosullivan ?
