External (freebie) VST shows DEMO

I have the NI Komplete 13, and while most (all) external (and NI internal) Kontakt instruments can be played, I get a 'DEMO' sign for one (Arcane from Embertone, see picture below).

I read several posts which only mention Kontakt Player showing DEMO, while I use the (paid) Kontakt version of NI 13.

What can I do to make this instrument play?

    Often best to reach out to the company that makes the library first, look at their FAQs, etc.
