Massive X cross grade not working via Native Access ?

Hello, recently have bought a fine/working Serial on Knobcloud, for cross grading from Massive to Massive X. I've Successfully installed serial number and transfer ID to my Account and Native access. but after installing , it's in DEMO mode still..

I have wrote to user support 2 days ago but they have not responded , except bot message. maybe anyone had same issue and can help me

I've Done It . Idk how but now its full version after deleting xml files and re-registering . thanks a lot
