My S61 mk2 won't boot

Hello,

I have an issue with my komplete kontrole S61 mk2, when i try to turn it on, i can see the light moving, but nothing happen next, my computer does not recognise him either.

My usb port are working well ( the maschine MK3 is working fine)

I try everything, windows update, uninstall driver, update on native acess, but still the same issue... It was working well this morning...

Do you have any idea ?

PS : sorry for my english, not my main language.

@TristanB Try this out: My KOMPLETE KONTROL Keyboard Does Not Start

If that still doesn't work, try the keyboard on a different computer, if it behaves the same, then it's a hardware failure and you should contact my colleagues here: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware
