Logic Pro doesn't do automation with Komplete Kontrol knobs (S61)

Folks, I can't seem to make automation happening. Here's what I do:

1. Start Logic Pro (latest release, 10.7.8)
2. Assign Komplete Kontrol (latest release, 2.9.4) as an instrument to track 1
3. Logic: Show Automation (A)
4. S61: Load an instrument with the browser
5. S61: The "Plug-In" button is now automatically selected.
6. S61: Press "Auto"
7. S61: Press "Rec" and record some stuff on track, including turning some knobs
8. Komplete Kontrol (Logic Instrument): the knobs are indeed moving.
9. S61: Press "Stop"

The S61 keys are recorded. The S61 wheels are also automated. The S61 knobs haven't been registered and there is no automation for them.

Any clues? Thanks in advance!

(EDIT: I tried change the message type to "Question", but your forum software doesn't accept that change.)

Never mind, I've found the solution.

In Logic Pro → Settings → Automation → Write Automation for, the Plug-in option wasn't checked.
