Delivery issue, The Grandeur will not load onto a new track etc

  1. I purchased Komplete 14 Ultra on June 22nd. The payment has been processed but it isn't showing in Native Access. I submitted a support ticket but I haven't received an email confirmation with reference. I've called the "Support" phone but its line is corrupted by Static & nobody picks up.
  2. Kontakt 7 - "The Grandeur" will not load onto a new track. Logic Pro goes on the clock and will not resolve. This hasn't happened before.
  3. Kontakt 7 - Most all instrument ICONs are now BLANK. This hasn't happened before. I've reinstalled all of Kontakt 7's components in Native Access (application & "factory" sound libraries).
  4. Note: I'm on MAC OS 12.6.7

    1. Since you already own K14 Collector's Edition, the support team has issued a refund for this redundant purchase.
    2. Our support team is waiting for more details from you. Can you please run the support tool and get back to us by email?
    3. Seems to be a hiccup and you no longer experience the blank screen. If you can reproduce this issue in the future, feel free to get back to us.
