Kontakt not working correctly

Ok, newbie here...I have looked and have not seen anything on my issue and looked at the NI website and have not found it. My Kontakt 7 doesn't have any sound. I moved some files, but I might have moved the wrong files because of hard drive space. The Kontakt player has sound. Everything was fine and then there was an update and I didn't have enough room on c: drive so I moved some Items. I know some of the files need to be together on one drive; I'm not sure if I moved the wrong ones. I hope this makes it might be a dumb move and question. Thanks
