Kontakt 6 legacy installers

Hi folks, just purchased Kontakt 7 but cannot install it because my OS (macOS 10.14.6) is not supported. (I cannot afford upgrading to 10.15 at this moment). I am trying to get an answer from NI support but they have been very slow and not actually reading my question, which is frustrating. This is why I am asking here:

Is there anywhere I can access installers for Kontakt 6?

I know you can get the Player legacy versions but I am after the full version.

    Unluckily the installers for legacy versions in this page are just for Kontakt 5.

    And even more unluckily if you want to request an installer for Kontakt 6 you have to go through the same support that is needing time to answer you

    @angelpg Unfortunately we don't sell Kontakt 6 anymore. You would need to get a second hand licence for Kontakt 6. You should ask for a refund for Kontakt 7 if not compatible with your system. I've also pinged my colleagues and pointed out what you said, they should get back to you as soon as possible. Our apologies for that, we have a lot of requests to process at the moment.

    @Jeremy_NI Thank you for the quick reply. Will I just wait for your colleagues to answer or is there a quicker path to request a refund?

    I will look for a 2nd hand K6 software and license transfer. Does NI have a platform to facilitate this sort of recycling? I understand it might not be in your interest but maybe there is a trade page you provide?

    Guys I have just had the same issue, where I have bought Kontakt 7 and it was not made even nearly clear enough that my OS was not supported.

    You guys need to make it much clearer that this is the case.

    Now I am gonna be stuck in the same support queue with everyone else you have mixed up. Not cool.
