Kontakt will not allow selection of GPO in Digital Performer.

I have used contact to play. The sounds of the pipe organ in the GPO for years. I always used Kontakt 4 in the past. When I try to authenticate, i keep downloading NativeAccess software but authentication always fails? Nothing has changed in my system?
