Missing expansions

When accessing presets using Massive X (in Ableton or Maschine) not all of the installed expansions are displayed.

In this example Rush which is installed and can be selected from the browser window in Maschine and Komplete Kontrol it is not available from within Massive X directly.

Please see the screenshot and if you know the answer I will buy you a coffee!

@nigelbyrne That's pretty weird indeed that it shows in Komplete Kontrol and not in Massive X. First thing i'd try would be to give full disk access to Ableton and Maschine: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Then try the following: Some Presets are Missing in MASSIVE X

Perhaps you should try reinstalling the expansion? I know it's a simple solution that you would probably come up with by yourself but sometimes such noncomplicated fixes resolve the problem. Maybe some files haven't been installed properly.

Ok will give that a go. Doesn’t explain why it works fine in Komplete Control however…

Thanks @Jeremy_NI I was actually planning on a fresh install of everything from OS upwards so did this and it's now working as expected.

I suspect your idea would also have resolved the issue
