Nucleus lite dynamics parameter randomly changing to 0

I recently bought the Nucleus lite orchestral library for Kontakt player and am facing a problem. For some reason the Dynamics knob or dial randomly turns itself to the lowest value. Any idea what I could do to fix this issue?

As you can see I had previously put Dynamics to maximum value but randomly after 2-3 minutes it turns all the way back down.

would really appreciate some fix for this

@Devansh07 Do you have a keyboard or a midi controller connected when this happens? Does it still happen if they are not connected? I don't have this library at hand but I would suspect the dynamics are assigned to a MIDI CC message, modwheel for example (MIDI CC1).
