How Come Playbox Often Won't Allow You to Save Your Presets?

Been getting some totally ****** stuff on my new Playbox, love it

but whether Playbox allows me to save it seems to be arbitrary.

Sometimes I click in the new preset save window to add a name

and I can save my sounds and other times its frozen and no can do.

Is there something tricky to understand about what it will save and won't or

is there some issue. I am running it in Kontakt 6.7.1, do I have to run it in

Kontakt 7?

I ran into this problem as well! I ended up figuring out that you can't save a preset when the DAW is running. Stop your transport and you will be able to edit that "Enter Your Preset Name" text bar

Playbox works on Kontakt 6.7 and newer.

By “frozen” you mean that the program crashes?

OK, yes I'm using Kontakt 6.7.

By frozen, I mean that the small window towards the upper right side of the global pre-sets page where you would type in a name for your new preset and the save button do not respond sometimes. As long as I don't try and move on and use another pre-set it will stay as I had it before if I close DAW, but ofcourse it can't be used any where else.
