Just purchased a NEW S88 mk2 and I'm getting an error message when I try to enter the serial number. I've got a ticket number from tech support but I'm still waiting for a solution. Just curious, how long is the wait time for something like this? Anyone else had issues with this? The SN is printed in 3 locations and the characters look the same in each. At a standstill here.
