Is it possible that by wanting to save Komplete to an external hard drive and having downloaded it on a new computer that my program doesn't work for that reason?
@joel palahi gallego It's really hard to understand what the issue is. Can you make a more detailed description? Did you download & install your products with Native Access? What is missing in Komplete Kontrol ? What is your operating system? What is the format of your external hard drive?
