Komplete Kontrol 49 not recognised by my system

I have a Komplete Kontakt 49 and it is no longer connected to my system (Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 wit a Reaper DAW.) I had disconnected it and turned it off for a while. Now it doesn't recognize my system and does not play any of my plugins.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

PATH: Kontakt to computrt, Focusrite to computer, headphones pluggerd into Focusrite

    @Rickyneg Are you able to open Komplete Kontrol in standalone and is the keyboard operational there? Can you browse, load, play and control the presets? Full integration only comes with the Komplete Kontrol plug-in and not the Kontakt plug-in.
