Hey so I have an issue where when i download the Kontakt 6, or 7 players it just doesnt show up?

It says it completes the download, but it is still blank

    Just making sure: how exactly did you install them, using Native Access I asssume?

    And in what environment are you trying to use these? Where exactly do you expect them to show up?

    @Levidubz Some more information would be needed...are you talking about Native Access? Where doesn't it show up? What is your operating system?
