How to stop Play and Stop sending cc7 and 10 information on Logic?

Is there any way to solve the above problem in Logic Pro X?

Specifically, the leftmost value of the product in KOMPLETE KONTROL is set to zero when playing and stopping.

You can also check in the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, with your keyboard connected and disconnected to see if there are unwanted MIDI assignments.
