I can't find how to bring the MIDI & Output channels information part of the header back. I'm in Kontakt 6 vers. 6.7.1. This seems global.
It’s the info button on top of an instrument when it is open
Btw: if it happens to you that you don’t find something in Kontakt, you can put on screen the info bar on the bottom that tells you what the various buttons do when hovering on them with the mouse arrow
To show this Info bar at the bottom, you can push F9 or activate it from the views menu on the top
