I have a S49 and can't find my AC adapter. NI shows them as being out of stock. Is there an alternative AC adapter that is known to work properly?
15v, 2 amp, 2.5mm DC plug (centre positive)
Search for something like that wherever you get things in your neck of the woods.
Any AC adapter with the same characteristics will work.
We had the same discussion recently and I was suggesting in any case to use the original one (to avoid problems with the company in case of issues), but other users said that it doesn’t matter.
I use too other brands adapters and can confirm they work perfectly, but I had problems in the past with other companies telling me they wouldn’t respond of malfunctioning because I didn’t use their original adapter exclusively
