why my Kontak 7 is empty?

I just installed Kontak 7 on my minimac M1. The browser is empty even though I granted access to full disk. If anyone knows how to fix it, please help.

I'm no expert but there are a few things here. If you have 'favorites' selected and there are none saved it would be empty. Also, check the old browser in the side panel, if you haven't.

Also there is a situation where deleting the Komplete.db3 file might be the issue, or allowing full access for a mac.

Did you read the link? Sorry I edited my post and added it. You may have missed it.

It's not a matter of you deleting it mistakenly, but doing it as a remedy. When Kontakt restarts it will re-create it.

Both standalone and inside Ableton are empty.

I can see the installed library in options but it's empty in browser

I didn't delete anything, I just reinstalled and already allowed full access
