No response from Support s49 transfer request

Hi have a few ni keyboards and many products, I sold one of them and registered it before selling (my fault)
i cannot put an auto transfer in because of this reason due to ni rules on new registration. however I have had a ticket in for 3 days with no response and the buyer is waiting could someone get in touch please?
