Kontakt 5 and no library ?

I still use Mac High Sierra. I purchased Kontakt 6 which will not work on my OS. I downloaded 5 but it did not include a library. NI support does not exist. I am ok with 5 for the same $100 I already spent if I can get a full package.

Additional things to note here:

Kontakt is solely a Sampler. Apart from the Factory Library, it doesn't come with any other library on its own. You would need to buy/download additional libraries and there's a wide variety available from many different developers. Maybe check out Komplete Start for starters.

Actually, your system supports Kontakt 6 up to 6.6.1 which is 64 bit only. Follow the link and click on the 6.6.1 link

I have Kontakt 5 showing up in Cubase 10.5. Will the KONTAKT SOUNDPACK Kontakt Factory Selection work within Cubase 10.5 as a VST Instrument Pack. If so how do I download it into Cubase?

It's a Kontakt library, so you need to open it through Kontakt. It will not show up as a separate VST instrument. As for how to download it, you can do this via the Native Access dowloader software after which it should automatically show up when you open Kontakt. If you have done this and it does not show up when you open Kontakt in Cubase, try closing Cubase and opening the standalone version Kontakt. Once that has updated the libraries view, you should be able to see the library in the VST version as well.
