The Grandeur does not sound right on 2 midi tracks

I have successfully installed Kontakt, Native Access and my new VST - Grandeur piano. I took an existing song which used the native grand piano sound from my DAW (Studio One) and replaced the sound for all three midi tracks with this VST. One sounds perfect and is an improvement. The other two tracks are lower volume, dull and lifeless and every few dozen notes are strong and bright. I removed all processing and set all gain staging the same. Have I done something wrong replacing the original sound VST with Grandeur?

    Given that Grandeur and Studio One's grand piano are built differently, I'd imagine there would be discrepancies, especially velocity and stuff 🤔
