can not access the functions on guitar rig

what do you mean exactly, are you sure that the sound is routed through gr?

i can't make adjustments--{volume bass treble] can't scroll down on the presets

im using waveform 11 free on windows 10

Have you tried vst2 and vst3. What gr version you use.
