Robotic sound after octave change

j'aimerais comprendre pourquoi j'ai un son robotique a chaque que je change de presets et d'octave sur le clavier Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol a61
pourriez vous me guider afin de supprimé ce son.

Question is a little vague so a video of the problem would be an advantage, even a hand held video example from your phone (tho a screen cap would be better if you can)
Questions:
- What instrument (or all of them)?
- What is your audio interface device (do you ahve a proper audio interface (USB) or just the on-board audio
- Computer specs (you should add that to your profile page because just "windows" is not all that useful to know... what version of Windows?
