I just got a brand new S88 MK2. The provided power supply simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried some outlets and even some different plugs. Doesn’t work at all. I’ve tested with a multimeter and it’s confirm that is no output…

please contact the seller or native support. As far as io remember and im long time in the forum, we never had that issue with a new power supply here. But of course with thousands of units this can unfortunately happen. Native power supply's have a few plugs to change for different countries, have you checked that this sits tight?
Yes, I’ve tried several times with 2 different plugs… Btw the local dealer will ship me a new one… I hope it’s not a batch problem
