Cinematic studios anything is not working for me

I am trying to get my cinematic studios strings/piano to work first on kontakt and then on cubase.

This is all that is shown for CSP and not the usual screen. (below)

No sound is coming through and even my other kontakt libraries are not showing up, only the factory library. Some help would be much appreciated!

    Guitar Rig is its own application/Plugin and does not load in Kontakt. MikroPrism is a Reaktor instrument and requires the Reactor player, not Kontakt

    Sounds as if your installation of CSP is Hosed... I would try reinstalling it.

    what other libraries are missing? (for the sake of clarity)
