Clicking on Ozone 10 Standard install fails but I a zip file is downloaded in my libraries directory. Inside the zip is an Ozone Install so I ran this Ozone Install (which seems to work) . But restarting Native Access still shows Ozone 10 Standard in not installed.

How can I stop Ozone 10 showing as not installed?

I would give Native Access 2 another try. Things do have improved.

Unfortunately, Ozone's installation only works properly with 2.

I'd assume that, by manually installing it, Native Access won't recognize it properly.

By the way, which Native Access version do you use - 1 (light) or 2 (dark)?

I have 1 (light). I tried using Dark about a year ago and had tons of problems starting with logging in. I ended up uninstalling dark and reinstalling light. It was a pain in the a**.

BYW, I just tried rebooting and that didn't help.

    Aloha Monochrome,

That was a great suggestion. I remember when I first installed the Dark Installer (at least a year ago if I recall correctly) it would not remember my credentials (ID/Password) and took FOREVER to start up - like 30 minutes and I would end up cancelling it.

Now - the first time took 4-5 minutes but after that restarts come up almost immediately.

    Thank you!

but, what if native access 2 doesn't work :(

I'm a long time customer in your three worlds - NI, izotope and PA.

What doesn't seem to work is the combination - if I only had a serial, that I can feed the Troll
