The plug in I mentioned is appropriate to remedy the op's issue and set up. It is used by many who want to isolate one input of their choice into obs.

Yes, if you have a ASIO device with line ins; signal going in to the computer it will help. But as far as I am aware, you can't intercept the signal from traktor to the ASIO device.
I don't understand how that plugin will help, unless you also reroute the master to an input with a cable.

ok, long time ago ;)
...and i find a solution. i run only traktor on my laptop with asio drivers and OBS on my PC. The traktor output goes to the line-in of the behringer soundcard. line-out from this, to line-in from PC and this signal can i grab in the obs and all fine. only issue, i have no traktor window on stage in obs, but its ok for me.

After a few weeks of fiddling with Voicemeeter I switched to the annalog method.
There where delay and audio problems with voicemeeter for me.
I wish traktor would add a "send master to other sound device" function like Rekordbox or Serato. (For example make it possible to select your normal default Desktop audio device for "record out")
I soldered my own cable, and use booth out and line in on my S4 mk3. Then use the ASIO plugin for OBS to select the right input in OBS. It's silly to go analog, but for me it works.
