Traktor DJ Demo v0.0.0 In NA Installed Products List

in Native Access

In NA, in the installed products list, it's showing a demo version of Traktor DJ v0.0.0 that I didn't install, and the Installation Path is blank too.

The products I installed are:

Traktor DJ 2

Traktor Pro 2

Traktor Pro 3


In Windows Programs and Features it shows:

Traktor DJ 2

Traktor 2

Traktor Pro 3

 

In NI Uninstall RegTool it shows:

Traktor DJ 2

Traktor 2

Traktor Pro 2

Traktor Pro 3

 

Why is the demo version of Traktor DJ in the NA installed products list?

How do I uninstall the demo version of Traktor DJ, or remove it from the list?

Why does NI Uninstall RegTool show Traktor 2 and Traktor Pro 2?

    You can't uninstal software from NA. There are different tabs like installed or all.

    Choice installed please.

    In preferences are legacy products: show/hide. If you set to off is version zero vanished?

    I can't see that option in NA 1.

    Hi @adEY08394,

    This behaviour occurs when there are still traces of an old product in your registry, but the product is not actually installed.

    You can remove the registry entry by using our Reg Tool from the following guide:

    Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

    I didn't install Traktor DJ, and it's not listed in the Reg Tool.

    The only Traktor products I installed were: Traktor DJ 2, Traktor Pro 2, and Traktor Pro 3.

    I can't use NA 2 because of my OS.

    Win 7.
