Traktor Kontrol S3 Power Supply

Hi. Does anybody have experience in changing the Original Power Supply 12V 2000 mA into a Power Supply with 15 V 3000mA. It is even recommended on the NI Homepage https://www.native-instruments.com/en/pricing/power-supply-40-w/. But I don't want to destroy my Controller or even my IPAD Pro. Thanks for Your reply. Michael

P.S.: I Updated the internal Controller Software to the actual Version 2 and it has much more power on the Headphone and the Master Output, which was very poor before.

    As you say, it’s even suggested by NI.

    Only difference I see is the one they sell (and suggest) is 2660 mA and the one you name is 3000. I don’t know if this could be a problem

    It's weird that they sell 15v power supply to a 12v controller. My only guess is the s3 is fine with both.

    Higher amp on PSU is fine.
