ABNORMAL MIDI ACTIVITY

Monitoring the MIDI activity of my A61 keyboard with Kontakt 7 player I get tons of events just pressing one note.

any idea why is this?

    SOLUTION

    In studio One you have to select "NONE" for the "SEND TO" in Komplete Kontrol DAW properties


    This will eliminate the abnormal MIDI activity and will still enable the transport buttons.

    Looks like Sysex messages, likely because you have selected the Komplete Kontrol DAW port as a midi input in your DAW. Try deselect the DAW port if it is selected for MIDI input and test again.

    If I disable the Komplete Kontrol DAW I see the abnormal activity disappears, but then I cannot use transport buttons on the keyboard anymore.

    I also noticed that all the SYSEX events happens when I press the STOP transport button on the keyboard
