M32 Octave up button doesn't work

Has anyone had trouble with the octave buttons?

My octave down button works and is lit up. My octave up button is dim and doesn't work at all. Any ideas what is happening? I've tried reinstalling komplete control but makes no difference. All other knobs work.

    The device is defective and needs to be sent to a repair center.

    Are you using/testing the standalone Komplete Kontrol or within a DAW (or doesn't matter, it's the same everywhere)?
